Search tips

Using the Article Locator
To use the locator, choose a publication and then type words or phrases from the headline, column, author, or body of the article. Separate each word or phrase with one of the following operators: AND, OR, or NOT. Example: "federal reserve AND deflation" rather than "federal reserve deflation". Locator searches are not case sensitive and punctuation marks are ignored. You must use date search options to narrow results.

Search author or headline field
To narrow your search to search only in the headline or author field, you can enter the following field tags with your search term in the search box as follows:

Field tag: Example:
Headline hd= hd=New York
Author/Byline by=

by=Sokolov

Company/Symbol co=

co=BP

Date

Use date ranges selected from the “Date Range” drop down box.
