We may make content or services from other Web sites, including our affiliated or co-branded Web sites and the Web sites of unaffiliated companies available to you from links located on www.reprintportal.com. If you are requesting permission to distribute or republish articles, you will be asked to first search and select the exact article you wish to license or distribute. Once you have identified a specific, single article, you will be automatically linked to the permission service available on the Web site of which the publisher of the article has selected as its fulfillment agency. In the case of article content from Dow Jones & Company, Inc. the fulfillment agency will become the Copyright Clearance Center ("CCC"). Other, non-Dow Jones publishers may have selected other fulfillment agencies and you will be automatically directed to the appropriate fulfillment agency as directed by the publisher that holds copyright to the article you have selected. These other Web sites are not subject to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policy at each such Web site to determine how that site protects your privacy. For your convenience we provide a link to the CCC Online Privacy Policy, iCopyright Online Privacy Policy and ProQuest Archiver Online Policy.
In order for you to fulfill your request, we must transfer certain article meta data to the fulfillment agency assigned to handle your request. When you link to CCC, iCopyright or ProQuest Archiver from our Web site, we will transmit article xml data unique to the article you have selected in order for the fulfillment agency to identify the article that you have requested from our Web Site. We do not link this code to the personal information you have provided to us or provide to the fulfillment agency with any personal information about you during the transfer of this unique identifier.
